  • AI-powered calorie estimation
  • Exercise suggestions and tracking
  • Progress tracking and streak maintenance

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of CalBurn, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to CalBurn (food photos, descriptions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

  • Process your content to provide our services
  • Store your content on our servers
  • Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the service to harm others
  • Reverse engineer or copy our technology

6. Health Disclaimer

Important: CalBurn is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The calorie estimates and exercise suggestions are approximations and should not replace professional medical advice.

  • Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program
  • AI calorie estimates may not be accurate for all foods
  • Individual calorie needs vary based on many factors
  • Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel unwell

7. Intellectual Property

The CalBurn name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CalBurn. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CalBurn is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Calorie estimates will be accurate
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalBurn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CalBurn operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
